Office Organizers works with its clients in a variety of ways.  We offer hands-on organizing, consulting services and customized training programs.

A hands-on organizing session consists of an Office Organizers consultant working side by side with a client.  We tackle the papers and information in a systematic way and introduce to the client new methods of thinking about what comes into his/her office.  These appointments can last anywhere from one 4 hour session to several sessions spread out over a period of weeks or months.

When we provide consulting services, working with the client, we create a Plan of Action.  The plan includes our assessment of the issues, recommendations for solutions and a time schedule for implementation.  Depending on the client’s needs, the Plan of Action may also include recommended resources needed to complete the project.

Our trainings are customized but typically cover basic organization skills.  Topics include:

How to Reclaim Your Desk – Setting up a desk for maximum effectiveness

Clear Your Clutter in Five Easy Steps
– A simple and effective method for eliminating clutter and staying organized

Email is Not Your Enemy – Methods for managing your electronic mail

Use Technology to Create Simple Organizing Systems
- Incorporating technology and software into your office systems

Make Every Day as Productive as the Day before You Leave for Vacation
– Planning and goal setting

Our clients ordinarily use a combination of hands on organizing, consulting work and customized training.  Although each client has different needs, we begin the process with the Productive Environment Scorecard ™.  The Productive Environment Scorecard ™ is a simple but enlightening self evaluation tool and we offer three versions:
